Agreement:

By using any services provided by Chan’s Creative Visuals, the Client agrees to the Terms and Conditions stated herein. It is the Client's responsibility to be aware of these Terms and Conditions and to read and understand them before utilizing Chan’s Creative Visuals services. Please note that these Terms and Conditions may change without prior notice; we recommend reviewing them regularly.

Copyright

Chan’s Creative Visuals retains all rights to the delivered material including but not limited to iGUIDE 3D tours, schematic floor plans, photos or videos supplied to the client. All delivered material produced for the client is licensed, not sold, and may be used by the client for all marketing purposes associated with the property in accordance with the current Canadian Copyright Law (Bill C11). Clients who order iGUIDE, in addition to the Chan’s Creative Visuals Terms and Conditions, are subject to the iGuide Terms of Service.

Cancellation / Rescheduling

There is no charge for cancellation or rescheduling with more than 24 hours notice prior to scheduled appointment.

To maintain our schedule, we enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling policy. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee of $50 + GST. On site cancellations are subject to a $100 + GST cancellation fee.

Billing / Payment

Property size is based on total billable area which includes above grade and not limited to below grade, and basement if applicable.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, the client is required to make full payment upon completion of production, prior to the delivery of all files. An invoice will be emailed to the client on the next business day, and payment can be made via e-Transfer. Delivery of the final products is contingent upon receipt of full payment.
